PocoBit is an employee training platform that turns company documents into short, game-like learning tasks. A trainer uploads a manual or handbook, the AI drafts interactive exercises, and staff work through them on a phone in a few minutes. Hosting stays in the EU, and the same material can be offered in other languages.

Upload the document and PocoBit generates teaching sections, multiple-choice questions and ordering tasks from it. The trainer reviews the draft, edits any wording and publishes. Most teams go from upload to a draft people can try the same morning.

A learning management system administers training — enrolment, mandatory courses, reporting. A microlearning platform is built for whether people actually retain the material: short units, repetition, immediate feedback. PocoBit does both, but is designed around completion and recall rather than record-keeping.

Finish rates are higher for short interactive units than for conventional e-learning: one unit takes a couple of minutes and fits in a spare moment. Long slide courses often see less than half that follow-through.

PocoBit is used by companies training frontline and office staff on internal material — safety rules, procedures, product knowledge and onboarding. It fits organisations whose training is still a PDF someone is asked to read, or a long presentation that stalls halfway.

Yes. PocoBit generates content and speech in native-quality Estonian, not machine translation from English. The learner interface is fully localised. This matters for Estonian and Latvian companies whose staff train in their own language.

Yes. Participants can open the material in another language without the trainer rewriting or translating anything by hand. PocoBit currently supports English, Estonian, Polish, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Finnish, German, Spanish, French, Ukrainian, Swedish, Serbian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Azerbaijani.

Safety training can be built in PocoBit from your existing safety instructions: the platform turns the document into a short course, staff take it in a mobile browser, and the result is recorded with a date. That gives you evidence the training happened when someone asks for it later.

An onboarding programme in PocoBit is a sequence of short units a new hire completes over their first days, from a device they already carry. The manager sees how far they have got without having to ask.

Yes. Run PocoBit as the place people learn, or export a SCORM package when records need to sit in the LMS you already operate.

Yes. Employees can sign in with a Microsoft account. Google sign-in and Estonian eID (ID-card, Smart-ID, Mobile-ID) are also available, so the first visit does not start with a new password.

You can import employees from a CSV and invite them with SSO. Connecting a specific HR system is something we set up with you, not a self-serve toggle. Talk to us about the roster you already keep.

Yes. PocoBit OÜ is incorporated in Estonia, and personal data stays in the EU. The database, site hosting, and private AI instance sit in Germany, encrypted in transit and at rest; Langfuse observability is in Ireland. Your organisation remains the controller when you invite staff; we act as processor. Email support@pocobit.io for a data processing agreement. Every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy.

It works in a browser on any modern phone, tablet or computer. An internet connection is required — there is no offline mode.
